Abstract
In September 2005, a simple one-page guidewas released by the Stanford’s team in which theclinical significance of drug-resistance mutations inHIV was updated. Interesting new views about resistancemutations and patterns merit further attentionand discussion. Summarized below are some ofthe main caveats.
