Abstract
Hepatitis C has been one of the stars at the latestCROI, which was held in San Francisco on February.Final results from three large prospective trialscomparing pegylated interferon (peg-IFN) plus ribavirin(RBV) versus standard IFN plus RBV in HCV/HIV-coinfected patients were reported. The mainfeatures of these studies as well as their main resultsare summarised below.
