On April 30th, 2013, a report from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) was first released online in the Annals of Internal Medicine, recommending that all persons aged 15 through 65 years should receive routine HIV screening. Younger adolescents and older adults who are at increased risk should also be screened.
